CANCELLATION POLICY
Just a few things to keep in mind when booking your appointment: Deposit A $25 deposit is required to book your appointment. This goes toward your total and secures your spot. Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice. Rescheduling If you need to reschedule or cancel, it must be done through the booking website at least 24 hours in advance to keep your deposit. Please note: cancellations or changes via phone or text will not be accepted. Cancellations If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be forfeited. This helps me stay on track and respect everyone’s time. Late Arrivals There is a 15-minute grace period if you're running behind. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled or shortened depending on the service and schedule, and your deposit will be forfeited.
